4 lakh sq ft space leased by ARM Embedded technologies in Bengaluru
UK-based ARM Embedded Technologies' Indian arm has leased over 4 lakh sq ft of Grade-A office space in Bagmane Constellation Business Park in Bengaluru. The lease is signed for 15 years, and the firm will pay Rs 1,000 crore in rental payments.
The space is leased in Taurus 4 (North Tower) block in the Bagmane Constellation Business Park.
