Chalet Hotels signs new hotels in Pune and Hyderabad
Hospitality arm of K Raheja Corp, Chalet Hotels Limited, has announced the signing of two new hotels under its ATHIVA brand in Hyderabad and Pune.
The hotels will be developed through long-term lease agreements with Mindspace REIT. The ATHIVA Hyderabad property, owned by a special purpose vehicle (SPV) of Mindspace REIT, will feature 150 keys and will be repurposed by Chalet Hotels.
Meanwhile, ATHIVA Pune will offer 231 keys. Mindspace REIT will develop the building up to the grey shell stage, after which Chalet Hotels will undertake the interior fit-out and complete the project.
Both properties will also feature spacious banquet halls designed to host gatherings, corporate events, and weddings.
