National High Speed Road Corridor project: Cabinet approves Rs 50,655 crore
The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA), chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given its approval to 8 new national high-speed corridor projects. Projects spread over 936 km cost Rs 50,655 crore.
Approved projects include:
- Nashik Phata - Khed Elevated Road Corridor-8 lane
- Agra-Gwalior project-6 lane
- Tharad—Deesa—Mehsana—Ahmedabad Corridor - 6 lane
- Ayodhya Ring Road - 4 lane
- Kharagpur—Moregram Road - 4 lane
- Pathalgaon and Gumla section - 4 lane
- Northern Guwahati bypass - 4 lane
