TCS renews the lease for its Chennai Office
IT sector major Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has renewed the lease for its office space in Chennai. The lease covers 15 lakh sq ft of office space at Chennai One IT SEZ in Thoraipakkam.
The lease is renewed for a period of 10 years, and it includes the first to eighth floors across four towers in Block A (Alpha), along with the first, sixth, seventh, eighth and eleventh floors in Block B (Magnum). The lease is for 10 years, and the total rental for the period will be around Rs 1,420 crore.
