Tender For Project Worth Over Rs 770 Crore Floated By RVNL
The wholly-owned subsidiary of Indian Railways, RVNL (Rail Vikas Nigam Limited) has floated a tender for the Bhanupali-Bilaspur-Beri new railway line. The bids are invited from the eligible bidders for the Rs 770.15 crore worth project. The scope of the work involves the construction of tunnels T8 & T9 bridges and formation works from ch 20.000 to ch 27.700 including slope protection works, development of the station, and allied works.
Work-related to the project is to be done in the Rupnagar district of Punjab and Bilaspur district of Himachal Pradesh. The period of completion of the project is 2 years (24 months)
