Biginfo.in is a subscription based information portal. Access to this portal will be considered as an unconditional consent to all terms & conditions of the company. The data in this portal can be used by a legitimate registered user provided with a valid login id and password. The data can only be used by the user/users belongs to the registered company for business purpose only. Unauthorized use of data in any shape may lead to termination of subscription with immediate effect without refund and subsequent legal action.

BBIPL doesn’t guarantee the accuracy of data provided in this portal. The data provided is acquired and consolidated from various secondary mediums for the purpose of basic knowledge only. The data in any condition should not be related to any direct/indirect impact on business or gain/lose of business.

Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy

The minimum subscription period will be for one year. Access to the portal will be provided only against full realization of the payment for the specified package. No refund request will be entertained after activation of the service. The subscriber will be liable to pay applicable government taxes and charges.

Arbitration

Any dispute related to terms of use shall be resolved by arbitrator in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration proceedings shall be held under Delhi jurisdiction.
