Pointleap Projects acquired by Adani Electricity Mumbai Ltd
Adani Energy Solutions's arm Adani Electricity Mumbai Ltd informed about the signed agreement to acquire a 100 percent stake in Pointleap Projects Pvt Ltd (PPPL) for a consideration of Rs 13.15 crore. As per The Economic Times, the acquisition is expected to be completed within 4-5 working days from the execution date of the SPA (Share Purchase Agreement).
