Coromandel International to acquire stakes in Dhaksha for Rs 150 crore
Fertilizer maker Coromandel International Ltd announced the acquisition of an additional 7 percent stake in Chennai-based drone manufacturing firm Dhaksha Unmanned Systems. The firm invested Rs 150 crore for the stake purchase.
The stake will be acquired through the subsidiary firm Coromandel Technology Ltd, and with this the company's overall stake in Dhaksha will increase to 58 percent.
