BCD Group bags order for residential project in Bengaluru
Real estate major BCD Group has bagged an order for 1.5 million square feet of residential project from Ramsons Trendsquares. The project is spread over 6.5 acres and would be developed at a total investment layout of Rs 660 crores. The mixed-use development by Ramsons Trendsquares will be completed in two phases with 600 residential units in phase 1 and 5 million sq-ft in phase 2, including residential and commercial developments.
As per the firm, the project's first phase has already been sold out and the company is aggressively working towards initiating the second phase.
