AMRUT 2.0: CM of Madhya Pradesh launches projects worth Rs 1,3456 crores
The chief minister of Madhya Pradesh, Mohan Yadav, laid the foundation stone for a series of water supply and development projects worth Rs 1,356 crores. These projects are a part of the centre's AMRUT 2.0 scheme.
CM performed the bhoomi pujan, foundation laying ceremony, for the fourth phase of the Narmada water project. Further, he inaugurated a sewage treatment plant at Sirpur worth Rs 62.72 crores. Yadav announced the launch of the Jal Ganga Sanvardhan Abhiyan, focusing on the construction and revival of nearly 2.75 lakh water structures, including wells, tubewells, ponds, and canals.
