KSRTC to develop e-bus depot in Mysuru
Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has received approval from the state government to develop an electric bus depot in Mysuru. Spread over 4.5 acres in Banni Mantap, the depot will support a fleet of 100 electric buses.
The depot will have a charging infrastructure facility and a parking space for 75 electric buses and charging points for 25 buses, among other features. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 7 crores.
