Elan group and Indiabulls sign deal for 40 acres land
Real estate developer Elan Group and Indiabulls Real Estate concluded a deal to buy 40 acres of land in Gurugram. The firm will build projects worth Rs 10,000 crore. An announcement of the deal was made in January this year. The land was acquired for Rs 580 crore
The 40-acre land parcel is located at Sector 106 in Gurugram and is fully licensed. Out of that, 30 acres are meant for residential development and 10 acres for commercial projects.
