GNIDA auction: Nirala World bags land parcel for Rs 175 crore
Real estate developer Nirala World has won a land parcel in an auction conducted by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA). The firm has purchased a 2.5-acre commercial land parcel worth Rs 175 crore. With this, the developer is all set to develop its 2nd commercial project in the region with an investment of Rs 300 crore.
The project would offer a landmark destination of retail, commercial, high street, food court, multiplex, office spaces, and ample parking space.
