Max Estates to acquire land in NCR, to utilize Rs 800 crore fundraise
Real estate developer Max Estates is planning to acquire land in Noida and Gurgaon and develop 1 million sq. ft. of commercial space and 2 million sq. ft. of residential space annually. The firm would utilize Rs 800 crore raised through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP).
As per updates during the first half of the current financial year, the company secured 7 million sq. ft. of Rs 11,300 crore development opportunities—more than double its guidance of 3 million sq. ft. per year.
