Swan Energy to sell its LNG Terminal for USD 399 Million
Natural gas distribution company Swan Energy Ltd has plans to sell its stake in a floating liquefied natural gas terminal to Turkey's Staterun Botas for USD 399 million. As per the update the deal would be completed in around 6 months and is subject to the approval of shareholders and regulators.
Swan's subsidiary Triumph Offshore Pvt owned the 180,000-cubic-meter floating storage and regasification unit.
