Jabil plans to invest Rs 1,000 crore in Gujarat
Electronic Components maker Jabil has signed an MoU with Gujarat’s Science and Technology Department to establish an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) unit in the Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR). The project would be completed by 2027 and would take an investment of Rs 1,000 crore.
MoU outlines Jabil’s focus on manufacturing for networking, capital goods, automotive, and allied industries and it aligns with India’s broader goals under initiatives such as the India Semiconductor Mission, India AI Mission, and the Make in India program.
