Plot auction: YEIDA to launch residential plot auction around Yamuna Expressway
Yamuna Express Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has planned to launch a new residential plot scheme in Sector 18, off the Yamuna Expressway. The plots in Sector 18, covered under the upcoming scheme, were previously unavailable due to legal disputes.
Further Greater Noida Authority has introduced a scheme for unsold residential plots from earlier projects. This includes 10 plots, ranging from 51.51 sq m to 500 sq m, which will be allocated through an e-auction process located at Sector-2, Delta-2, and Beta-2 of Greater Noida West. As per authority the the last date for registration is 25th January 2025.
