1,000 acres of land alloted to HFCL in Sri Sathya Sai district
Next-gen technologies firm HFCL has been allocated 1,000 acres of land in the Sri Sathya Sai district, Andhra Pradesh. This land is allocated for setting up defence manufacturing facilities. The project would be developed in phases as per the updates.
In Phase 329 acres of land would be handed over, followed by 671 acres in Phase II. The proposed facilities will focus on manufacturing artillery ammunition shells, TNT filling, Multi-Mode Hand Grenades (MMHG), and other defence products.
