1.11 lakh sq ft office space leased by Booking dot com in Bengaluru
Global online travel platform Booking.com has leased 111,525 sq ft of office space at RMZ Ecoworld in Bengaluru. The lease runs for five years and covers the eighth floor of Series 30, Campus 30, at RMZ Ecoworld in Bellandur, Bengaluru.
The firm will pay a monthly rent of Rs 1.33 crore, with a 15% increase in rent every three years. The total rent outgo over the lease period is estimated at Rs 84.8 crore.
