1.16 lakh sq ft space leased by JP Morgan in Mumbai
American multinational finance corporation JPMorgan Chase & Co. has pre-leased 1.16 lakh sq ft of office space in Goisu Realty's commercial tower in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai. The monthly rental would be Rs 6.091 crore for a tenure of 10 years. As per the agreement, a 15 percent escalation would be there in rent every 3 years and provides an option to extend the lease for another 15 years, in three terms of five years each.
The leases cover the 11th and 12th floors of the Grade-A tower, with each floor spanning 58,105 sq ft. This space is expected to be handed over by October 1st, 2026.
