Railway approves project worth Rs 962 crores in Bihar
The Ministry of Railways has given its approval to a project worth Rs 962 crores in Bihar. This project is a part of the 1531-km-long Delhi-Howrah railway route and involves work on the third line.
This third line is planned to decongest the Delhi-Howrah main line. The 54 km third line project will be developed between the Kiul and Jhajha line, which serves as a crucial link between the Kolkata and Haldia ports and Raxaul/Nepal.
