1.2 lakh sq space leased by IKEA in Bengaluru
Swedish furnishing brand IKEA has leased around 1.2 lakh sq ft of retail space from Puravankara Ltd in Bengaluru. The space is leased at the Purva Zentech Park, located on Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru.
Purva Zentech Park is a mixed-use commercial development with about 9.6 lakh square feet of leasable and saleable area and is currently under construction, slated for completion by early 2026.
