1.21 lakh sq ft office space leased by CIBC in Hyderabad
Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) has leased 1.21 lakh sq. ft. of managed office space in Hyderabad. The space has been leased for five years and is located at Meenakshi Eco Park, Tower 1.
The space will be used for its global capability centre (GCC) and has a starting monthly rent of Rs 2.72 crore, with an annual rent escalation of 5%, translating into a total rent outgo of Rs 180 crore. The space is spread across two floors of Meenakshi Eco Park, Tower 1.
