1.41 lakh sq ft office space leased by Smartworks in Delhi
Commercial office space solutions provider Smartworks has leased 1.41 lakh sq ft at 4 Worldmark in Aerocity, Delhi. This space is leased in partnership with Bharti Real Estate and will target premium workspace seekers like multinational corporations and global capability centers (GCCs).
It's a long-term lease, and Smartworks will invest Rs 25 crore through internal accruals, issue proceeds, and external debt.
