2.62 lakh sq ft warehouse leased by Onesto Labs in Gurugram
The owner of Innovist brands, including Bare Anatomy, Chemist at Play, and SunScoop, Onesto Labs Private Limited, has leased 2.62 lakh sq ft of warehousing space at Horizon Industrial Park in Gurugram.
The space is leased for 5 years at a total rent of Rs 47 crore. According to Propstack, the space is leased at Horizon Industrial Park, located in Bilaspur, Pathredi Village, Manesar Tehsil. The lease deed provides for a total chargeable area of 262,349.51 sq ft, comprising about 200,020.74 sq ft in the first phase and 62,328.77 sq ft in the second phase.
