35,000 Sq ft space leased by Smartworks in Singapore
The co-working space provider Smartworks has expanded internationally and leased 35,000 square feet of space in Singapore. As per the firm, it has filed preliminary papers with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to raise funds through an initial public offering (IPO).
The statement from Smartworks said that the move is a part of their inorganic growth strategy, and they intend to continue to evaluate opportunities for the acquisition of assets and will seek to expand the portfolio opportunistically based on economies of the acquisition costs.
