National Critical Mineral Mission: Government approves Rs 18,000 crore
The union cabinet has approved the National Critical Mineral Mission (CMM) with an outlay of Rs 18,000 crore. Through CMM the government aims to boost domestic production, decrease import reliance, and facilitate offshore mining auctions.
Minister of Mines G Kishan Reddy announced the Centre's plan to launch the National Critical Mineral Mission (CMM).
