AUDA floats tender worth Rs 2,200 crore for ring road project in Ahemdabad
Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA) has floated two tenders worth Rs 2,220 crore, to convert the 76km-long Sardar Patel Ring Road around Ahmedabad city into 6 lanes. Package 1 involves: Converting the 37 km stretch of the SP Ring Road in the eastern area into 6 lanes.
Package 2 involves: The conversion of the 39.25km stretch in the western part of the city. Further, the development of service roads has been planned, with the existing two-lane service road of 34km being upgraded to four lanes, and the existing three-lane service road of 15km being expanded to four lanes.
