8,048 sq ft office space acquired by Embassy REIT in Mumbai
Publicly listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), Embassy REIT, has acquired 8,048 sq ft of commercial space in Mumbai. The acquired space is located on the ground floor of First International Financial Centre (FIFC), Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai.
The space has a carpet area of 5,231 sq ft and comes with the exclusive right to use seven car parking spaces. According to The Economic Times, the space will be acquired by a special purpose vehicle (SPV) of Embassy REIT in a deal worth Rs 48.29 crore.
