Ansell inaugurates new manufacturing facility in Coimbatore
Australian personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety solutions provider Ansell has inaugurated a new manufacturing facility for surgical gloves in Kovai (Coimbatore), Tamil Nadu. The firm has invested $60 million in the facility, spread over 17 acres.
It is expected to cater to the growing demand for high-quality surgical gloves in India and international markets while maintaining eco-friendly standards of manufacturing featuring zero water discharge and over 90% net-zero compliance.
