Ashoka Buildcon has emerged as lowest bidder for NHAI's tender worth Rs 2,791 crore
Construction engineering company Ashoka Buildcon has emerged as the lowest bidder (L one bidder) for the National Highways Authority of India's (NHAI) two EPC projects, worth Rs 2,791 crore. The work is to be done in Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM).
One project involves the development of a 4-lane economic corridor from Kharagpur to the Chandrakona-Ghatal Road Crossing section of NH 116A (Package-I) in West Bengal. The work cost Rs 1,400 crore with a completion period of around 2.5 years.
The second project is worth Rs 1,391 crore and involves the creation of a 4-lane economic corridor from Bowaichandi to the Guskara-Katwa Road section of NH 116A (Package-3) in West Bengal.
