Gaimukh to Payegaon Bridge project: Ashoka Buildcon emerges lowest bidder for the project
Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has declared Ashoka Buildcon Ltd. (ABL) as the lowest bidder (L one bidder) for the construction of 1.64 km Kolshet – Kalher Bridge and 6.509 km Gaimukh – Payegaon Bridge projects in Thane. ABL placed a bid of Rs 289.59 crore
The two 6-lane bridges include a 120-meter-long navigation span over Vasai Creek which is also known as Thane Creek. They would link the upcoming Thane Coastal Road project with the upcoming Virar – Alibaug Multi-Modal Corridor project.
The period of completion of the work is 3 years.
