Bihar government to develop 10 compressed biogas plants, to invets Rs 1,500 crore
The state government of Bihar has planned to establish 10 compressed biogas (CBG) plants by the end of the year. As per the updates, the project would require an investment exceeding Rs 1,500 crore.
These plants are expected to produce five lakh tonnes of biomass-based CBG annually. This move is in line with the central government's targeted investments of over Rs 25,000 crore in CBG production by 2025.
