Bollywood actor leases office space in Mumbai
Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpayee, along with his wife Shabana Bajpayee, has leased two commercial properties in Mumbai’s Andheri West. The space is leased for a monthly rent of Rs 10.9 lakh for five years.
As per the agreement, there would be an annual rent escalation of 5%, with the monthly rent rising to Rs 13.3 lakh by the fifth year.
