Brigade Group launches new residential project in Chennai
Real estate developer Brigade Group has announced the launch of a new residential project in Chennai. The project named Brigade Stellaris is spread over 5.19 acre land parcel located on Velachery Road, Chennai. This land parcel is centrally located and seamlessly links Chennai’s Central Business District (CBD) and the rapid-growth IT Corridor of Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR). As per the firm, the project has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 1,700 crores.
