Brigade Group signs join development agreement for project in Coimbatore
Bengaluru-based real estate developer Brigade Enterprises has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) for a project in Coimbatore. As per the JDA, the firm will launch a residential development spread across 5.4 acres in Saravanampatti.
The project has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 600 crore.
