Civitech Group to develop commerical project in Greater Noida
Noida-based real estate developer Civitech Group has plans to develop a commercial project in Sector 10, Greater Noida West. The firm has already acquired land through a government auction for the project and plans to invest Rs 500 crore in the development.
The proposed project will include hospitality, high-street retail, and studio residences under a single master plan. According to ET, the firm is developing a residential project, Civitech Strings, in Sector 12, Greater Noida West, comprising 770 units across 18,000 sq metres, and a commercial project, Civitech Santoni, in Sector 16B, Greater Noida, spread across about 12 lakh sq ft on a 3.7-acre plot.
