CM Devendra Fadnavis inuagurates road over bridges in Mumbai
The Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis, inaugurated 2 road-over-bridge (ROB) projects in Mumbai. These ROBs were located at Reay Road in Mumbai and the other at Titwala in the Kalyan-Dombivli area.
These ROBs are aimed at enhancing the east-west connectivity and decongesting traffic in two highly populated areas. As per the update, the Reay Road ROB, constructed for Rs 273 crore, is the first cable-stayed road-over-bridge within Mumbai’s suburban zone. It is built by Maharashtra Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation, also known as MahaRail.
The Titwala ROB is constructed for Rs 100 crore.
