Delhi Metro: Central government gives nod to Rithala to Kundli line
The central government has given its nod to the 26.463 km long Rithala – Narela – Nathupur (Kundli) metro line of the Delhi Metro Phase 4 project. As per estimates, the cost of the work is Rs. 6,230 crore. Of the total length, 23.73 km will lie in Delhi (22.75 km elevated & 0.98 km at-grade) with 19 stations, while 2.73 km will lie in Haryana with 2 stations.
Under the project, a new train maintenance depot is planned to be built between Sanoth and Bhorgarh village.
