Dharavi redevelopment project: Residents to get 350 sq ft
Adani Group who has formed a joint venture (JV) with Dharavi Redevelopment Project Pvt Ltd (DRPPL) for the massive Dharavi slum redevelopment said that eligible residential tenements in Dharavi will get flats with independent kitchens and toilets measuring a minimum of 350 sq ft area.
The compensatory area is nearly 17% more and the highest among slum redevelopment projects in Mumbai, as per the developer. Adani Group is working on the project with architect Hafeez Contractor, US-based transdisciplinary design firm Sasaki, and UK-based international consulting firm Buro Happold.
