Digantara Research & Technologies to build country's first space situational awareness observatory
Space engineering company Digantara Research & Technologies has planned to set the country's first Space Situational Awareness (SSA) observatory in the hill state of Uttarakhand. The proposed observatory will be tracking satellites and space debris in the Lower Earth Orbit (LEO) and the Geosynchronous Earth Orbit (GEO).
The project would augment the startup's SSA capabilities to offer global space traffic management operations.
