The Fern Hotels & Resorts launches 3 new properties in Gujarat
Mumbai-based hospitality chain The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of 3 new properties in Gujarat. The firm has signed: The Fern Residency, Rajkot, KKV Circle, Series by Marriott; The Fern Habitat, Vadodara, Series by Marriott, and LPS The Fern Surat Series by Marriott.
The Fern Residency, Rajkot, will offer 77 well-appointed rooms and suites and is scheduled to open in 2028. The Fern Habitat Vadodara, Series by Marriott, will feature 98 well-appointed rooms and suites and is scheduled to open in the second half of 2026.
Property in Surat will feature 182 beautifully designed rooms and suites with amenities like an all-day dining restaurant and terrace bar providing diverse culinary choices in thoughtfully curated spaces.
