Fortune Hospitality to setup AI-data centre park in Telangana
Hyderabad-based real estate firm Fortune Hospitality & Infra LLP is planning to develop a hyperscale artificial intelligence (AI) data centre park in Telangana. The data centre will be spread across 170 acres and will require an initial investment of Rs 60,000 crore.
The firm is leading the development through its project special purpose vehicle (SPV), Sudeeksha Estates LLP, in partnership with leading global data-centre operators and hyperscalers. According to ET, the project is planned to support an IT load of 1,200–1,600 MW through four independently operable hyperscale modules.
The site is strategically located 500 metres from POWERGRID’s 765/400 kV infrastructure and adjacent to TGTRANSCO’s 400/220 kV substations, ensuring an uninterrupted power supply.
At full build-out, the cumulative capital deployment in the project could rise to Rs 1 lakh crore.
