Haveri to get new superspeciality hospital
The Chief Minister of Karnataka, Siddaramaiah, announced that a cancer, trauma centre, and superspeciality hospital will be established in Haveri district. CM made this announcement after inaugurating the Haveri Institute of Medical Sciences (HIMS) building, various development projects, and initiating new works.
He further said that there are now 71 medical colleges in the State, of which 22 are government colleges.
