Kailashkunj Commercial Complex: Lucknow authroity to redevelop the project with an investment of Rs 110 crores
The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has plans to redevelop the 40-year-old Kailashkunj Commercial Complex located in Indira Nagar, Ayodhya Road. LDA plans to develop the project into a mixed-use high-rise with commercial spaces and residential flats.
Spread over 6,046 square metres, the complex houses around 280 shops but has fallen into disrepair. The project will take an investment of Rs 110 crores. The work will involve the construction of a 13-storey, 45-metre-high building, with lower floors having shops and offices, while the upper floors will have 3BHK flats.
