Mahindra Holidays & Resorts signs new resort in Dapoli
Hospitality arm of Mahindra Group, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHRIL), has announced the signing of a new resort in Dapoli, Ratnagiri. The resort will feature 110 keys and is located near the scenic Murud Beach. The project will be spread over 13 acres.
The work on the project will be done in phases and in 2 keys, and is slated for launch in Q1 FY27. Rest of the work is expected to be done by Q2 FY27.
