Mahindra Lifespace launches phase 2 of its residential project in Kalyan
The real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL) has announced the launch of phase 2 of its project Mahindra Happinest Kalyan. With the launch, the firm would introduce additional towers – Tower B, G, and H.
3 towers will add 493 units of 1, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK residences, and ten limited 3 BHK townhouses, offering a total of 2.347 lakh sq-ft of development area. As per the developer, phase 2 also offers ten 3 BHK townhouses, with G+1 story each with a courtyard garden targeting the decerning few who chose to live in an independent house inside a gated community.
