Maruti Suzuki to invest Rs 4.960 crores in Gujarat as a part of expansion plan
Automotive maker Maruti Suzuki has plans to expand its production capacity. As a part of the plan, the firm's board has approved an investment of Rs 4,960 crore to acquire land in Gujarat.
The firm will acquire land in the Khoraj Industrial Estate from the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation. Maruti Suzuki is looking to boost capacity by up to 1 million vehicles annually.
