Max Estates launches new real estate project in Gurugram
Noida-based real estate developer Max Estates has launched its new real estate project in Gurugram. The firm launched its new project, The Terraces, within its existing intergenerational community project, the Estate 361 in Sector 36A, Dwarka Expressway.
Spread over 18.23 acres, the entire project has an overall gross development value of Rs 9,000 crores. Phase 1 of the new project (The Terraces) comprises 120 residences starting at Rs 2.4 crore.
