Max Estates signs MoU for joint development of 9.76 acres in Ghaziabad
Noida-based real estate developer Max Estates has signed a binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) for a proposed joint development agreement (JDA) for a 9.76-acre land parcel in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
The project has a super built-up development potential of approximately 1.5 million sq ft and an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 2,500-3,000 crore.
